Data protection policy

Personal data (IP address – web browser fingerprint) are collected by the CNRS Information Systems Department, Tour Gaïa, 358 rue Pierre-Gilles de Gennes – 31670 Labège (DSI Communication) as well as by the CNRS Data Protection Officer (DPD), 17 rue Notre Dame des Pauvres, 54519 Vandoeuvre-lès-Nancy CEDEX (DPD Requests) in order to comply with the legal obligations of traceability of access to the site and to produce site access statistics.

They are accessible by the communication department and the administrators of the ODS site of the CNRS DSI and kept for a maximum period of 1 year.

No transfer of data outside the European Union is carried out.

In accordance with the applicable legal and regulatory provisions, in particular law n° 78-17 of 6 January as amended relating to information technology, files and freedoms and European regulation n° 2016/679/EU of April 27, 2016 (applicable since May 25, 2018), you have the following rights:
